Counseling Department Chair

My name is Keisha Moore and I am the proud Counseling Department Chair of Lambert High School!

I am originally from Peekskill New York, but I was raised in Miami Florida.  Growing up I attended Miami Dade County Public Schools, which I am proud to say paved the way for my professional success.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, where I was also a full scholarship athlete in basketball.

After working in Corporate America for one year after undergrad, I pursued and obtained my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Clark Atlanta University. I’ve served as a Professional School Counselor on the high school level in Fulton County Schools for 14 years prior to embarking on this wonderful journey at Lambert in the Fall of 2018.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Casey, and our two wonderful children, Brighton and Braven. 😊 I also look forward to outings with family and friends, watching and attending sporting events, and playing rec league basketball.

My role as a Professional School Counselor has truly been rewarding and I’m excited to be working with students, teachers, the administrative team, and parents who are vested in educational success! My belief is to always encourage all students to strive to achieve their goals!

Wishing everyone a great school year!

Greetings, my name is Shonedra Redd, and I hail from the great state of Texas.  I am elated to join the Lambert family serving staff, students, and parents.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in business.  After 10 years in the industry, I returned to graduate school where I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Worship Leadership and later a Master of Education Degree in School Counseling.

I began my School Counseling career in the Garland Independent School District as an Elementary School Counselor.  In my short tenure in this position, I served in various leadership roles which expanded my expertise in the profession. During the 2020-2021 school year, my school was awarded the Lone Star Bronze Award, through the Lone Star State School Counselor Association (LSSSCA), which recognized effective and outstanding school counseling programs in the state of Texas. I was the first to be awarded this honor in Garland ISD.

Before leaving Garland ISD, I served as an Early College High School Counselor at Naaman Forest High School.  In this capacity, I assisted students in earning both their high school diploma and associate degree. It was a pleasure paving the way for students to obtain higher education as many were first generation.

In my spare time, I love to spend time with family and friends, vacationing on the beach, and practicing self-care. I am an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and enjoy volunteering in the community!

I look forward to bleeding crimson and white!!!

Hello, my name is Laura Indorf, and I am elated to join Lambert High’s counseling team! I am looking forward to supporting the academic and life skills that are crucial to the success of our students.

I have been in education for 22 years and this will be my 20th year as a Professional School Counselor. Prior to my work in education, I was in hydraulic and pneumatic sales in the Midwest, working with automotive companies in Detroit, MI. I started my educational career in Ohio, where I grew up. After moving to Georgia in 2008, I worked in Gwinnett County and Hall County schools.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Heidelberg University in Tiffin, Ohio. I was inducted into the Heidelberg Sigma Phi Beta Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota (International Honor Society for Counselors) in 2005.

Being with family is something I enjoy during my downtime. Spending time with husband John, the oldest Max (18 and headed to college), and twins Charlotte and James (15) is never a dull moment. My hobbies include being outside in nature, Pilates, and music (I am an avid vinyl record collector).

Again, it is a sincere pleasure working with students, families, and colleagues at Lambert High School. Looking forward to an incredible school year! Hook ‘Em Horns!

Hi everyone! I am originally from Chicago, where I was born and raised before making my transition to Georgia. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and my Masters of Education in School Counseling from Georgia State University.

Before joining Lambert High School, I worked in higher education as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor and Dual Enrollment Specialist.
