Use the 9th Grade Registration Worksheet to determine which courses you need to register for your 9th grade year. More detailed information can be found in the 26-27 Student Registration Packet.

Lambert has multiple ways to support rising 9th grade families.

• Join us for a 9th Grade Registration Night on January 7th (Last Names A-L) or 8th (Last Names M-Z). Here is the presentation for the evening.

• To ask additional questions about the registration process, you can attend the virtual whole-group Teams meeting 2:30-3:30 on Tuesday January 27th.

Every student should select the appropriate number of electives to fill their schedule PLUS ONE alternate elective. Alternates are selected to let the scheduling team know which elective a student wants should they not get their first-choice electives. Do NOT select more than ONE alternate.

While the Course Change Request Form is available, we highly recommend taking courses recommended for you by your teachers. Should you feel you still need to use the Course Change Request Form, click below. Remember that these are requests and are not guaranteed and that, if granted, these requests are considered final course selections and cannot be changed after January 30th.

The Course Change Request Form can be used to request to waive down, up, or to request a course that is not in the Infinite Campus elective portal but that your student is eligible to take.

​​​​​Fill out the Lambert Online Course Request Form if you wish to have an online course during your 8-period day at Lambert (FVA, GAVS, etc.). Please note the following:

You still need to be fully requested with face-to-face classes during the registration window.

This form is not a request form for summer courses or self-paid courses/courses outside of your schedule. This form is only for courses in your Lambert schedule. Fill out the Lambert Course Change Request Form to let us know your request for next year if you plan to take a course over the summer. 

• The next course in the sequence is not guaranteed if you take a summer course.

• Your course requests will not be changed until you actually complete the summer course.

Online courses IN your LHS schedule will be scheduled at the beginning or end of the day, and students will be required to take the course from home and provide their own transportation to or from school at the appropriate time. Please only choose an online course if you have appropriate transportation.

Online courses in your 8 period day will be FVA unless FVA does not offer the course.

January 22-30 is the priority window for online requests.

• To request a FVA course, you need to:

        1.)  Complete the Lambert Online Course Request Form.

        2.) Complete the FVA Student Application, which will be open on Jan. 26th.

• To request a GAVS course, you need to

        1.)  Complete the Lambert Online Course Request Form.

        2.) Request the course on the GAVS Website (both A for the fall and B for the spring).

        3.) Complete the GAVS Intent to Participate Form (located in Infinite Campus Parent Portal under Documents/Forms). This form will be available in Infinite Campus Parent Portal on Jan. 26th.

9th grade students must have at least 6 academic classes to be full-time students. This means they have room in their schedule for one IE2 class, if they wish to do IE2. IE2 must be 1st or 8th period.

Students must have their own transportation to or from school to have an IE2 period.

Check to see if any courses you are requesting require applications or auditions to have them added to your schedule. If so, follow all steps for the application/audition to ensure your application is complete and submitted by that course's deadline.
