The transcript course addition process differs by grade level for students.
The Transcript Course Addition Form Process for Spring 2026 Courses will open May 15, 2026.
9th and 10th graders
Can only 1.0 credit from FVA or GAVS to their transcript per semester.
Complete the FCS Online Course Student-Parent Pay Credit Acceptance Form
(transcript course addition form) in Infinite Campus Parent Portal under
Student Information-->General-->
11th and 12th graders
Two step process:
1.) LHS Paper Form for Transcript Course Addition
2.) LHS Online Transcript Course Addition Form for Spring 2026
(11th and 12th grade students only)
Please note BOTH steps must be completed in order for your online grade to be
added to your Lambert transcript.
If you took classes outside of FVA or GAVS (only 11th and 12th grade students),
you need to create an account on Parchment.com and request the official
transcript from that school to come to Lambert High School.
