What is a Senior Letter?
Senior Letters are words of encouragement or positive notes written to our graduating seniors. Let them know how much they mean to you! You can congratulate them, wish them well in the future, give them words of wisdom, or simply reminisce on fond memories you have.
When will seniors receive their letter?
Senior Letters will be collected and distributed at the Senior Send-Off on Friday, May 1st. If
your senior is unable to attend this event, they can pick up their letters from the Counseling Office after the event.
How do I write a letter and make sure the student gets it?
You can write a letter on any type of paper and put it in an envelope with the seniors FULL NAME and STUDENT ID on the front. Please bring the letter to the Front Office at Lambert. The teachers responsible for the senior letters will sort them and make sure they get to the right senior. Please DO NOT mail letters to the school as we have had issues with mail being lost or not delivered on time.
What if someone from outside the area wants to send a letter?
If you have family or friends from far away that want to write and send a letter in, please have them send it to your house and then you can bring it to the Front Office at Lambert for distribution.
Can people send things other than letters?
NO! Please only send letters as we do not have the capacity to distribute packages. A letter needs to be able to fit into a 9 x 11 envelope. Additionally, please DO NOT send anything of monetary value as we don’t want to risk losing it or misplacing it.
When can I start bringing letters in?
You can start bringing them in now through Wednesday, April 15th. You may drop letters off at
the Front Office window.
